One of the best things about hosting this podcast is talking to people with amazing stories and experiences. My guest today is no exception.

Dr. Anthony Randall

Dr. Anthony Randall is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, having served over 24 years in the U.S. Army as an Army Chaplain, Army Ranger, and Master Parachutist. He has seven deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Egypt as a combat arms officer and supervisory chaplain serving in tactical, operational, and strategic conventional and special operations units.

Randall is also a black belt in Japanese Jujitsu and Tae Kwon Do and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. It's safe to say that he could lay the hurt on most men despite being a man of the cloth.

Today, Randall is an executive coach specializing in moral and ethical leadership, character development, emotional intelligence, and keynote speaking. And he has taught or trained over 11,000 professionals in the marketplace.

My conversation with Anthony doesn't revolve around his military career—although we do discuss it. Instead, we talk about how his leadership experience translates to family, fatherhood, and faith life. And he shares some stories and insights into how you can apply the same lessons to your life, taking yourself and those around you to the next level.
