Today, I welcome back my son-in-law, Jacob Green, as we continue our discussion around the concept of multi-generational family teams.

In this episode, we take a closer look at the importance of developing a vision for not only your immediate family but the third generation—our grandchildren.

We also touch on the importance marriage plays in this whole conversation and how it provides an opportunity to demonstrate and teach our kids how to love.

And we spend quite a bit of time talking about how the modern concept of retirement has impacted the role grandparents have traditionally played in the lives of their grandchildren.
